    No lawyers, no stamps, no little copyright symbol or date at the bottom. 0:21

    The second you've created something, it's copyrighted. 0:29

    As long as what you've created is in some tangible form— 0:34
    you can see it, you can feel it, you can hear it, whatever, 0:37

    You can't copyright an idea if you haven't fixed it into some form that other people can see. 0:41
    You might have a great idea for a website, 0:47
    but unless you actually build that website in some form, 0:49
    it's not really yours yet—you can't copyright an idea. 0:52
    But what if someone has the same idea and builds something similar about the same time? 0:55
    How can you prove that yours was the original idea and the original work? 1:00
