    Spreadsheets are a great way to organize data into rows and columns. 0:14

    multiple sheets of analysis, and charts can make a pretty large file. 1:35
    Sharing and collaborating on this large file size becomes cumbersome. 1:40
    The data is also not always up to date, because it's in a file. 1:45
    The real database may be updated with new sales every few minutes, 1:51
    while you just have a snapshot of the data from when you created the spreadsheet. 1:56
    Whether you end up using spreadsheets daily or not, knowing how to utilize them 2:02
