Add an __init__ method to your class. It should only take the self argument. Inside the method, create an instance attri

I don't know what I did wrong. It keeps saying TypeError

The instructions say that the new method "should only take the self argument". But the one shown here requires 3 arguments, including 2 that are not asked for in the instructions!

This code actually looks like it might be for a different challenge that comes later in the course, did you perhaps copy it from a question about that other challenge?

i even tried like this:

class Panda:

def init(self, species, food): self.species = 'Ailuropoda melanoleuca' self.food = 'bamboo'

and it was not working

class Panda: species = 'Ailuropoda melanoleuca' food = 'bamboo' is_hungry = 1

def __init__(self):
    self.is_hungry = is_hungry
