Any suggestions how to charge clients for developing Mobile Apps (Android) ?

When developing android apps for clients, how should I charge them?

  • Should I create a developer account for them in Google Play Store that 35$, and upload their app to it?
  • Should I create a domain for them to make the app register with that domain?
  • If their app need backend like firebase, should I create an account for them and charge them, or I use mine and charge them?
  • Or should I but their app in my Play Store account, and use my domain too?

Is there a standard/Best way to settle these things? Google makes these ambiguity!

Any opinion, replay, suggestion, link will be very helpful and thanks in advance.
