Hello, what does it mean by the faded/greyed out properties in user agent style sheets. Thanks

User agent stylesheets at the near end part of the video has some greyed out properties. I thought all user agent styles are all inheritable.

The user agent stylesheets are the styles inherited from the browser itself. So you can override them with your own stylesheets, but they're greyed out because they're defaults and can't be changed within the browser console itself.
