how can i change he MODE format if im on excel i do not see the DURATION option

on excel i see almost every option as in google spread sheet program but i cannot find the duration option please help as i need to work with excel

Right click the cell, chose "FORMAT CELLS", then while on the NUMBER tab, chose "TIME". The 4th option down will change it to the same format as the video ("13:30:55")

Duration is a format of time, or possibly a special format. Should just be able to use an hour:minute:second format though.
