how do i add to a list

i don't understand how to add to the list from the point that i'm starting at

beatles.py
beatles = ["John"]
others = ["George", "Ringo"]

You can add a single additional element to a list using the "append" method. And you can combine lists using the "extend" method, or with "list math" (using the "+" symbol).

There should be examples of these operations in the videos.
