I must have missed a portion of the material, because I can't figure out how to format the email correctly.

231,272 PointsYou probably didn't miss anything, they are specifically asking you to use what you've learned creatively to do something that's not exactly like the previous examples. Here's a few hints:
- you'll need to concatenate columns and a few literal strings
- the literal strings will add spaces and/or special symbols (like
<
) to create the indicated format - remember to apply the alias to the entire constructed string
