I can't preview any web page in this workspace

Following the lesson in its workspace, and before any implementation, I've tried to preview the html pages (with the eye icon), just as it's done in the video, but no matter the port I choose, I always get:

Workspace Unavailable This is a preview link for a Treehouse Workspace that is not currently active. If you are the workspace owner, you can launch it again via the Treehouse site.

It's just plain html+css what they have so far. What should I do?

I followed your instructions, but It didn't work :( Still getting the same error.

I am having the same issue. Clicking the Preview button renders select different ports to select from: (ie port 3000, 4567, 8000, 8080, 9292). Clicking on any one of these results in a webpage that states:

"Workspace Unavailable This is a preview link for a Treehouse Workspace that is not currently active. If you are the workspace owner, you can launch it again via the Treehouse site."

I have already restarted my browser to no avail. How can I fix this issue?

Thanks.

I'm experiencing this problem too. Can anyone offer some advice?

Follow this step-by-step instructions:

  • Save your files (if you haven't already)
  • Close your window.
  • On any web browser go to your Workspaces tab.
  • Re-launch your Workspace by clicking on the Workspace you were using.
  • And you're good to go!

I hope this helps!

Good luck! ~alex

I faced the same problem, my solution was to download the files and run it on your own text editor
