My internet connection is fine, but the video freezes all the time, can you explain to me whats going on??

By the way I'm from Chile, does this distance from USA matter??

Distance from the USA shouldn't matter. I'm afraid it's a variation between your download speed and pingback and other factors like how a website is optimised.

Buffering videos are something I have to contend with too. What I tend to do is pause the video for a few seconds to allow for the video stream to get a bit of a head start. Some people don't usually have to think about these things due to their setup but I;m afraid I'm not one of those people ;)
