i tried a couple of things, but I'm not sure i understand the question.
i cant just say
try { if(value < 0 || value < 20) } catch ......
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());
if (value < 0 || value > 20)
{
throw new System.Exception();
}
Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));

240,995 PointsYou're right, that won't work because you'd be separating the conditional from the code block that goes with it. So the whole thing must go inside the "try' block.
Also, don't forget that the "catch" block needs to output a new message.

5,165 Pointsi thought about the throwing and catching exeptions wrong, and somehow assumed they were the same thing :)
