'a' + str(6) prints a6 and, '6' + str('a') prints 6a but, '6' + str(a) gives error. why so ?

Typing str(a) gives me a NameError. Which should make sense since I haven't defined a variable named a
. Hence to Python a
is undefined.
Now if you assign the letter a
to the variable a, you can use the str()
method.
a = 'a'
str(a)
