Business Careers Foundations Applying & Interviewing Reaching Out

The content on the resume and cover letters isn't exactly clear on what is the correct answer for this quiz.

It says in the video the specifics of cover letters and resumes, but doesn't give good reasoning other than it will help me (applying for a job). I would think that the answer to "Resumes should list out job (blank) because (blank) don't highlight the tasks undertaken and the goals achieved" would be "accomplishments" or "list" since a cover letter has "skills."

You have the right idea, but the quiz is looking for the specific verbiage that was used at about 5:12 in the Reaching Out video, where you hear this:

When putting your resume together, one of the potential mistakes you could be making is focusing on responsibilities instead of results.

Bearing that sentence in mind, you should be more successful in filling in the blanks for that question.
