What does Jason say in the video Ruby Core Modules: Enumerable at min 6:00? Isn't that a Closure?

14,681 PointsHe says, "this is called Pretzeling". If you are not familiar with pretzels, it is a type of bread.
However, I googled 'pretzeling' and I couldn't find anything about it related to Ruby. I think it's just a metaphor, if you imagine how pretzels are twisted in the center.
