Where can I find the resource about identifying resources on the web from the teacher's notes?

Apparently it's no longer available on that website (when I click it, the MDN has a message saying it doesn't exist.)

Our apologies, it seems that MDN has restructured their content. What used to be in the "Identifying Resources on the Web" section are now in the "Reference" section.
