    These soft skills include effective communication, flexibility and 0:05

    here's a few that are worth mentioning. 0:19
    Positive attitude, positive attitude is a great boost to a team. 0:22
    Simply put, people don't wanna work with negative people. 0:28
    Honesty is always important. 0:32
    But when problems arise, there's always a positive that can be taken from it. 0:34
    There's gonna be days when you don't feel so happy about things. 0:39
    So when a colleague is positive, you'll see just how helpful it can be. 0:43
    Self-confidence, you need to believe in yourself. 0:49
    You can always learn more, you can always grow. 0:52
    Negative experiences can always be learned from. 0:55
    If you don't try, you'll never know if you can do something. 0:59
    So even when you make mistakes and we all do, we can learn from them. 1:02
    A new skill or solution can be learned. 1:07
    All it takes is some confidence and the willingness to try. 1:09
    Conflict resolution, working with others means that you're going to have 1:14
    disagreements from time to time. 1:17
    Whether the disagreement is between you and someone else, or between other people. 1:20
    You must understand both sides of an argument before the right solution can be 1:24

    You might have to persuade others to see a point or even negotiate an agreement. 1:29
    But in the end, the solution should be in the best interests of the people involved, 1:34
    whether it's for project, for client, or company. 1:39
    Critical thinking and observation, 1:45
    being hired to do a job doesn't mean that you should blindly produce your work. 1:47
    Thinking of ways to become quicker, 1:53
    more efficient at doing your job benefits you and those who rely on you. 1:55
    You might be able to determine better ways to produce work, 2:01
    communicate, manage tasks, or do entire projects. 2:04
    Not all ideas will work, but sharing these ideas with others can lead to ones that 2:08
