Databases Modifying Data with SQL Handling Errors When Manipulating Data Rolling Back from Transactions

BEGIN Statement

If I use the BEGIN statement & haven't committed yet, do I have to use ROLLBACK or can I just go back and correct the invalid line? In the example, when Classic was spelled Xlassic, if I haven't committed yet, can I just go back and correct my typo instead of using ROLLBACK?

Before the commit, the change has already been made in your computer but just has not been written into the database yet. So you do the ROLLBACK to get your copy back in sync with the unchanged database.
