7,374 PointsCan you not use single quotes with the content property?
At the end of the module, we are presented a challenge to use the content property and it wasn't accepting single quotes as a value. It was only correct if I had double quotes

Full Stack JavaScript Techdegree Graduate 27,918 PointsHi Kirt, you should be able to use either single or double quotes in html, css, and javascript. Here is a stackoverflow section about that. Here is another one. I have found that sometimes you have to be absolutely precise in those challenges to pass, this is probably one of those times. Treehouse has been very consistent with using double quotes for CSS, but in JavaScript they mainly use single quotes. Try experimenting with your own code on a workspace or text editor and see what happens when you use either single or double quotes.
