Is OOJS the right solution for what I am wanting to do?

I just want to create a way for us to track warranty claims. Most of the data inputted will be static. I’ll need to attach pictures as well, and have the ability to pull up the warranty claim to view the status. Originally, I was thinking I’d need to create a database. But I’ve been spending some time learning object oriented JavaScript and now thinking that it might be suitable. But I am just now really learning this area of coding, and am not sure if oojs is appropriate for that kind of data storage. Anybody have any insight they could give me?
