Python Python Basics Functions and Looping Create a Function

My code works fine but the work checker still says I have an EOF error and I can't figure out where.

squaring.py
def square(number):
    return number * number

number = int(input("What is your number?"))

final_value = square(number)
print(final_value)

The challenges test that the code accomplishes the tasks given, using mechanisms that can sometimes produce odd error messages when the code does something unexpected.

For this task, the instructions say "Under the function definition, call your new function and pass it the argument 3", but this code is using input to get a value instead.

Also, the instructions say: "create a new variable named result to store the value from the function call", but this code is creating a variable named final_value instead.

Finally, the instructions did not ask for the code to print anything.
