on my video screen there are no virtual button, for example there is no rewind or settings.

When I am watching a video i cant rewind because there is no rewind button. There is also no volume button, and no settings button.

The video looks normal to me (with all controls). Are you using a computer, or something like a phone or tablet? Maybe it's a limitation of the device.

And if it's a computer, try closing and restarting your browser.

And of course, "If all else fails, reboot!" (the whole device)
