the question is the following:
I need you to write a function named product. It should take two arguments, you can call them whatever you want, and then multiply them together and return the result.
Can you tell me what is wrong with my code? And how can i correct it? Thanks
def product(num1, num2):
print("int(num1)"* "int(num2)")
return
product(2 , 5)

13,394 PointsYou don’t need to print the result, but instead just return it. Along with that you shouldn’t need to wrap num1 and num3 in ‘int()’ just leave them as:
num1 * num2
Make sure not to call the function as well just make the function. I.e leave out:
Product(2, 5)

13,394 PointsYou are VERY close. Instead of printing the answer, return it. Also don’t put speech marks around it since they are ints and not strings.
return int(num1) * int(num2)
