Security through Ignorance give me an incorrect answer, is it?

Hi, in the quiz you ask us for which security mindset acknowledges that you will inevitably have security vulnerabilities? If I understood correctly, the most dangerous thing is to ignore security, however the correct answer according to the quiz is safety by design, when it is assumed that this is the safest way.

Is there something I'm not understanding?

Thank you

I believe the question means to say that if you are ignoring it completely, you are not acknowledging that even with the best security practices in place, there are still chances of vulnerabilities. That is to say, even when you are designing for safety, you have to keep in mind that perfect security is impossible.

I got stuck on this one too. Rewording could possibly help. Hope this helped!

Anyway, thank you very much for explaining your approach.
