using if statement

if I want to use an if statement to check if a persons age is equal or greater then, how would I do it?

age = input("what is your age")

if age ==> 50:
print("......")

i know this is wrong but I can't find anywhere how to do it right

how would I write this

nvm i figure it out

age=int(input("what is your age"))

if age >= int(50) print('.....")
