Where can I find the lecture of using format?

I can't remember anything about how to use the format in python. Where can I find more information or the original lecture on how to use that ?

I suggest going directly to the The String format() Method page in the official Python documentation. It's pretty simple, they describe it with just a few short paragraphs and some examples.

While you're at it, you might want to look at Formatted String Literals (also called "f-strings"), they do much the same thing but with a more compact syntax.

omg, thank you so much! I'm VERY new to this and I didn't even know such a thing existed. Still learning this website as well as learning the python language. :)

The :d is a Format Specification, and :d explicitly outputs as a decimal (base 10) number.

Glad I could help, and happy coding!

In the string format() method page 7.1.2, what does the d represent ?? ( in the 5th yellow section)
